I can’t seem to connect to my node (64828).
I have been able to in the past and am currently able to do so using RepeaterPhone on my iPhone.
I’m also not able to connect to node (45525), but have been able to do so in the past as well. I can also connect to it using RepeaterPhone.
I can connect to node (429820) successfully using Transceive. Here is my current window:
Can anyone help me?
Thanks !!

For some reason, node 64828 does not appear in the Allstar dns:
dig a +noall +answer 64828.nodes.allstarlink.org
returns nothing, whereas
dig txt +noall +answer 429820.nodes.allstarlink.org
429820.nodes.allstarlink.org. 60 IN TXT "NN=429820" "IP=68.168.170.178" "PT=4569"
returns the node ip and port information. This is needed by Transceive to connect.
Node 45525 does appear in the DNS and uses non standard port 4571.
dig txt +noall +answer 45525.nodes.allstarlink.org
45525.nodes.allstarlink.org. 60 IN TXT "NN=45525" "IP=97.88.189.72" "PT=4571"
However, it seems that Transceive is not able to reach it for some reason. If you specify manually the host and port, it will connect. Edit the node information like this:

Hi Georges
Thanks for the quick reply. Your suggestion about using the host and port for node 45525 works perfectly.
Like you, I had tried: dig a +noall +answer 64828.nodes.allstarlink.org
But got nothing back.
But RepeaterPhone seems to connect to my node and works ok.. Can’t figure that one yet.
Any other suggestions ?
Thanks in advance !!

Could be that the iPhone has cached the dns lookup. If your node no longer appear in the dns, there is something wrong with its registration.
