Debugging an error message

As part of the recent EmComm Training Org exercise, we were supposed to send a standard ICS-213 form message. I'm getting this error message from the RMS upon sending. Regular non-form messages are sending error-free. RadioMail 1.5.0 (1) on an iPad Mini with iOS 18.3. Same error using UV-PRO or mobilink TNC4. Radios and RMS are feet apart. Error is repeatable.

*** Error check failed on receiving B2 message. [Received data stream not a correct format] - Disconnecting

I'm looking for troubleshooting advice. I have the SoundModem monitor output stream from the RMS.

EmComm Training Org exercise message failure using RadioMail.pdf (39.3 KB)

So, I don't see any issues with the RF side of this. It does look like
Radiomail corrupted the message or the compression stream. Have you deleted
this message and tried again? I have tested several times with my setup and
have not been able to duplicate this.

Thanks for checking. I may have "solved" it. In trying different
troubleshooting, I got similar errors with sending any ICS form. Non-form
messages went through fine. Even though I had the current 1.1.3.0 set of
forms, I did a "Check for Update" which I believe refreshes the forms. The
errors have gone away in a couple of ICS form tests. So, perhaps my forms
were corrupted. Anyhow, my fingers are crossed.
