Is an internet connection required to use Radiomail on an iOS device connected to an appropriate interface (Mobilink etc or internal to the radio like Kenwood or BF UV-PRO)? If you have already downloaded your Favorites Winlink RMS stations? I am just not finding this answer in the FAQ or the documents or videos. I am currently a RADIOMAIL subscriber and using it via Telnet only so far.

It's been a while since I've used it. (Thanks for the reminder that I should re-exercise this.)
But my recollection was that I tested this very thing intentionally.
I put my iPhone in Airplane Mode (i.e. no internet, neither by WiFi nor 3G). Enable only bluetooth, to connect to Mobilinkd TNC4, which plugs into my HT. Connect to RMS and get/send mail.
No internet required with radio connections. Internet is only used to refresh the station directory or download new forms. You can test this by putting your phone in airplane mode.
