Mobilinkd TNC4 connectivity issue #mobilinkd

Hey all. I received the TNC4 on the first batch and at first it connected great. Lately I have had an issue when trying to send/receive emails my phone (iphone11) won’t connect to the tnc. It shows connected but won’t find device on Radiomail. My guess is I’m missing something. Any ideas?

To use a BLE TNC with RadioMail, simply:

1. Make sure that RadioMail has been granted access to Bluetooth (iOS Settings -> RadioMail -> Allow RadioMail to Access Bluetooth)
2. Turn the BLE TNC device on and make sure no other app is accessing it.
3. In RadioMail, select the TNC you want to use (Settings -> Packet KISS TNC Modem -> Default TNC)

Make sure you have updated the firmware on the Mobilinkd TNC-4. I also had one from first batch and the firmware upgrade came out the day before mine arrived so I applied it right away. Also make sure you check the audio levels of the radio you are using. Check with the Mobilinkd IO group.
