Outbox Not Sending

Hi,

Just set this up on my phone and created a message, but it is still sitting in my outbox. Do I need to do something else to send it? Do you have to add stations to the list before creating a message or can you just type in the call sign in the TO: field?

You can add any winlink recipient to TO or CC (simply the callsign) or internet email address

In order for messages to be delivered, you have to initiate a connection. Tap the envelop in the lower left corner. By default you can connect to the Winlink CMS via Telnet, which will work over any Wifi or cell connection as long as you have data.

The reason why this requires a manual step is that RadioMail does not make any assumptions as to what channel you want to use to deliver your mail, so mail are queue up in the outbox until you initiate a session.

For those of us who use the internet during dial up days, this interaction pattern should be familiar :slight_smile:
