Password issue

If you’ve forgotten your Winlink password and can’t delete the account in the app because it requires the password to confirm, here’s what you can do:

**Reset your Winlink password:**

- Visit the Winlink password reset page: https://winlink.org
- Click on “My Account” > “Reset Password”
- Follow the instructions using your callsign and the email address you used to register.

**Wait for the password reset email:**

- Check your inbox and spam folder for the email from Winlink. Once you get it, reset your password.

**Update the password in the app:**

- Go back to the app and update your Winlink account settings with the new password.
- You should now be able to log in or delete the account if needed.

If you no longer have access to the email you used when registering with Winlink, you’ll need to contact Winlink support directly for help.

He would not have received the password email since his account did not have a recovery email set. I have set it to the gmail account he posted from.

Curious how that could have happened since I know Radiomail requires a recovery email address to create the account.

Anyway, follow the instructions from Georges, they will work now.

I deleted the app and when I redownloaded it I was able to get the password sent, so I got that part taken care of now.
