RadioMail error on larger messages

I need some troubleshooting help. I thought I had this solved earlier with a Forms reset but it is still with me. This is repeatable. It seems dependent upon message size. No problems with short messages. Fails with larger messages containing attachments (15K or so) or forms. RadioMail 1.5.0(1) on iOS 18.3 on both iPhone and iPad. Two different radios/TNCs (UV-Pro and mobilink TNC3). Gateway is very local. RadioMail screenshot showing the error. Soundmodem data from the gateway. Tried new RadioMail install. No change. Gateway has no problems with larger messages from Winlink Express.

I'm stumped. Troubleshooting suggestions appreciated.

An update.... After a lot of troubleshooting combinations, I got things to work again by changing RadioMail's Packet KISS TNC Modem Max Length setting from 256 to 128. It now works with both iPad Mini and iPhone, both UV-Pro and UV-5R/mobilinkd, and any of the local gateways. Since these were all working before, I don't know what changed that caused things to not work. It may have been around one of the earlier iOS 18.x updates. It would be nice to get back to 256 although things are working with 128 so okay.
