Receiving Winlink messages in auxiliary account

I have not been able to receive Winlink messages addressed to my auxiliary account callsign. I can only receive messages sent to my primary account callsign. Even when I send messages from my auxiliary account/callsign, Winlink message which I know have been sent to that callsign are not retrieved. What am I missing?

I’m assuming you have your auxiliary call set in the settings. Do you see it being sent in the log on the connection window when you connect to a station?
