Wanted to let you know of an issue I am having with the new update. To be fair it could be a configuration issue on my side. I am using an iPad with 18.1 installed, a digirig lite, and a Yaesu FT-4X. I also have and compared to the Mobilinkd TNC4. When using the Digirig RadioMail will key up the radio a few times then stick with the radio keyed. I know it is RadioMail that is hanging as I can unplug the usb connection and the software stays keyed until I close RadioMail. If I use the TNC4 I have no issues and everything works great. If you have not seen this before let me know I will provide what ever other details you need. I think this will be a great addition to have in the toolbox. Thanks for all your work.
A stuck PTT occasionally has been reported during beta. I've added several guards against this situation but it seems that there might still be cases where it happens. The way to verify that's RadioMail causing this is if you unplug the DigiRig from the device and hears a continuous tone, it means that RadioMail has failed to stop the playback of the audio tone triggering the PTT, for some reason.
Would be great if you could help me reproduce this.
1. Does this happen all the time?
2. Was the connection underway when it happens (e.g. you received response from the other station) or was this at the beginning, trying to connect without getting response back from the other station?
3. Was there any interruption, like trying to cancel the connection, swapping to another app, receiving an incoming call, etc?
1. No it does not happen all the time. As an example moments ago I did a send only session, with no emails in my queue to send, and it connected correctly and completed as expected. I immediately started a send/receive session and it stuck the transmit on. It stuck the transmit on.

Thanks David, video was very helpful. It confirms that it's indeed RadioMail failing to turn off the PTT.
I was able to reproduce a PTT stuck by cancelling a previous session. I've made some minor adjustments to the priority thread to cancel the PTT. With that change I was not able to get it stuck anymore. Would you be willing to test a beta build on TestFlight and see if that fix it for you? If so just DM your email address and I'll add you to the list.
Just tried the 1.4.1 (7) and it does not work well. Usually the first time I try to connect it never transmit. i have to wait for the session to timeout then retry and it will connect. Not sure what changed in that update but (6) worked better.
Weird, I'm not seeing that. You sure your settings (device output volume) has not changed? You should be able to revert to (6) from TestFlight and see if that's really the case.
