UV-Pro/9600 Baud UHF

I’ve learned that our County and every city within our County (Orange County, CA) supports WinLink via 9600 baud on UHF. Does RadioMail support native 9600 baud AX.25 RMS Packet connections when using the BTECH UV‑Pro KISS TNC, or is operation currently limited to 1200 baud packet?

It’s limited to what the radio supports. UV-Pro is only AFSK 1200 baud. The only HT radio I know that does 9600 is the Kenwood TH-D74/5.
