V2 update?

When I ùpdated my Ipad with Radio Mail V2 it shows up as 28 day trail. I was thinking I have already paid for it. The apple store download it for free.

If you already subscribed or did a one time purchase on another device with the same Apple ID, the purchase should carry over. Sometimes you need to fully quit the app and launch it again on the additional device before the App Store receipt get retrieved. I paid apple $14.99 last year. Was that a one time purchase?

That was the original RadioMail, now called RadioMail Classic.

RadioMail 2.0 is a brand-new app, not an update, so Apple treats it as a separate purchase. That’s why it downloaded for free and shows a trial. My earlier reply about purchases carrying over only applies to buying 2.0 on one device and using it on another with the same Apple ID. Sorry for the confusion.

You can keep using Classic, and moving to 2.0 is optional. You can re-download Classic anytime from your purchase history: RadioMail Classic | Island Magic

Or continue to evaluate 2.0 and see if that’s the right fit for you.
