What Are You Trying to Do?
Trying to configure RadioMail with VARA-On-A-Stick and AIOC.
What Have You Done So Far?
- Installed and configured VARA-On-A-Stick.
- Connected AIOC (FW latest 1.4).
- Paired it with a RadioMail 2.0.0 (43) on and iPad.
- Tried to connect to nearby station.
What Happened?
Connection failed because station “did not answer”, but actually AIOC didn’t keyed and transmitted anything (checked with the second radio).
What Did You Expect to Happen?
The radio should transmitted something.
What Else Have You Tried?
The Stick installed correctly, RadioMail sees it, but during transmission the AIOC does not key.
When trying to debug it, I noticed that in the varafm.ini is no PTT section. I added one from a working setup on my Linux computer, but no luck with the keying the AIOC either.
AIOC in VPTT works, but I’m afraid it’s not quick enough for faster VARA speeds.
Have You Checked Existing Help?
